Manoj has 17 years of experience in managing operational risks within the financial services industry. He is currently the CRO of RiskSpotlight and led the team that has developed world's first operational risk horizon scanning service "RiskSpotlight Portal". He has also actively participated in risk related industry initiatives such as revision of the ISO 31000 standard and The Institute of Operational Risk professional certification.

Mr. Fluharty is a pioneer and a well-respected expert in the use of technology to automate and manage business processes in multiple industries. As innovation in both hardware and software technology has accelerated over the last 30+ years, Mr. Fluharty has recognized many of the opportunities created, and been instrumental in the development and use of those technologies to improve our everyday lives. In the early 80’s, he utilized microprocessors to control large industrial equipment in manufacturing; in the 90’s, Mr. Fluharty guided the development and use of hand held computers in managing the supply chain, as well as championed the creation of wireless networks in our schools and colleges; and in the last few years, he has guided the development and adoption of software systems to manage and control processes as wide ranging as the non-invasive collection of fetal heart waveforms to workflow-driven performance assessments of teacher candidates. Currently Michael Fluharty is Chief Technology Officer for 
Solutions . He is also a Founder and Managing Partner of QAS, LLC, a software development firm.
Associate Quality Office at DHMC
Dr. Venkatraman is an otolaryngologist who was most recently a member of the faculty at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC). As the Associate Quality Office at DHMC, Giri was involved in patient safety, process improvement as well as clinical utilization and registry research with researchers at The Dartmouth Institute. Giri is trained in lean and certified six sigma black belt from Villanova University. Giri also held assistant professor roles at DHMC and Emory Healthcare and has served as Director of a healthcare intelligence firm. Giri holds an MD from the University of Maryland Baltimore and an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.

Ms.Lakshmi Gadiraju spearheads the Product & Application development and is responsible for Technology Guidance & Architectural design of all products and services apart from vision, strategy, and innovation.
Ms. Lakshmi carries technology expertise in the areas of Java/ J2EE, SOA & Identity Management over a decade along with the certifications like Enterprise Architect.
Her stint as a Product specialist in SAP and Sr. Technical Consultant in Oracle Corporation working with customers across industry verticals, enriched her experience in managing client’s expectations and team management.
Ms.Lakshmi Gadiraju has been instrumental in guiding EffiGO’s product development and driving the technology envelope.
When not deeply engaged in Product innovations, one would find Lakshmi spending time with her children, and indulging in her hobbies of reading. She unwinds listening to her favorite soft-rock bands.
She started her profession with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Andhra University.

Business Process Consulting Supply Chain
Divya has over 14 years’ experience of business process consulting supply chain and procurement domain. He is driving the portfolio of international expansion of EffiGO solutions starting with the Middle East market. Prior to this he led the Digital Supply Chain Practice for PwC in the Middle East Region, Regional Head of Bristlecone, and initiated SAP Cloud practice in Fujitsu Middle East. He has strong experience in process & technology assessment within domains of procurement, payables, demand planning, and analytics. During his consulting time, Divya worked across public sector, auto, banking, consumer goods & durables, energy, asset management, media & telecom sectors.
He is the founder of RAFT which aims to develop and support emerging technology and thought leadership within the Supply Chain vertical. RAFT is a community and ecosystem of Business & Tech subject matter experts and consulting leaders.

Sharad has over 22 years of consulting experience within Digital Transformation and Cloud services.

He has vast & diversified experience in carrying out cost effective audits focusing on the areas that are prone to high risk including Revenue Leakages, Cost Control & Process Efficiency improvement /optimization, Business Process Reengineering for a number of large and medium sized concerns in the manufacturing, financial, marketing and service sectors.
